Tricycle Trading went down a treat at the Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival marquee this year. The wraps were perfect for enjoying with a cold beer and watching a show, the succulent beef was particularly epic.

Ben and the team were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to doing so again. Best of luck with this innovative and high quality venture.

We arrived at our reception venue to find Tricycle Trading all set up. Very professional but laid back approach which suited us down to the ground. Ice cream was excellent with excellent flavours and loved by all, which was obvious by the queue that had formed quickly. Highly recommended this service for any event. I cannot recommend Ben and his trike highly enough. His delicious and nutritious catering is of the highest standard and he is a pleasure to work with. Tricycle Trading catered for my book launch event in Ormeau Library last November, transforming some of the recipes from The Vital Nutrition Cookbook into beautiful canapés for my guests.

We munched on Pink Beetroot Houmous on Rosemary Crackers, and crudités with Herby Lime and Butter Bean Dip, before going on to sample the Thai Lentil soup which was served from Ben’s extraordinarily beautiful bicycle/cooker.

Quirky, tasty and healthy! What more could I ask for. Thanks Ben!
